Days of our Lives 2-week spoilers for Sept 22 - Oct 03, 2025 give major twists involving Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd), Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis), Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). Brady Black is set to make amends, possibly for his fight with Holly Jonas or his kiss with Sophia Choi. Meanwhile, Sophia plans a prank on unsuspecting Holly, causing unexpected chaos. Marlena Evans receives distressing news involving Tate Black's (Leo Howard) baby. The DNA results are due, and Marlena is in for a shock. 

DOOL spoilers look for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to confide in Chanel Dupree, voicing his concerns about their adoption plans. Sophia Choi, on the other hand, starts playing dirty, taking provocative photos of Holly. She plans to send these to Johnny, making it seem like Holly is still infatuated with him. Tensions rise between Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), Brady, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), and Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) over Tony DiMera's (Thaao Penghlis) plans to seize Titan. Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) directly confronts Tony about his intentions, unwilling to let him take her late husband's company. 

Spoilers for Days of our Lives follow the blackout in Salem that causes further drama and sets the stage for a series of events involving EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), and others. The looming threat of a stalker, the continuation of Sophia's plan, and the worsening of Marlena's symptoms add to the suspense the weeks of 09/22-10/03, 2025.
